Two Injured in Early Morning Shooting in Sheboygan; Suspect in Custody
Sheboygan police responded to a shooting early Sunday morning that left two people injured. The incident occurred at approximately 2:20 a.m. near the intersection of North 10th Street and Huron Avenue.
The victims, a 25-year-old and a 23-year-old, were transported to hospitals in Milwaukee and Appleton for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Police quickly identified a suspect in the case, a 28-year-old male, who was taken into custody later that morning.
The Sheboygan Police Department stated that charges against the suspect are being referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office. No further details about the circumstances leading to the shooting have been released.
