The breach occurred during two separate periods:

  • September 23–24, 2024
  • October 3–23, 2024

During these windows, customers who made purchases on the Pro Shop website may have had sensitive data compromised. Information potentially accessed includes:

  • Full names
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Email addresses
  • Credit card type, number, expiration date, and security code (CVV)

The breach did not affect purchases made using gift cards, Pro Shop website accounts, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.

The Green Bay Packers have partnered with Experian IdentityWorks to provide three years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection for affected customers. Those impacted can contact Experian’s customer care team at 833-931-4653 for support and enrollment.
