Westbury Bank Aquapark Makes a Splash in West Bend, Raises $7,200 in One Day
Just days after its grand opening, the new Westbury Bank Aquapark at Regner Park in West Bend is already making waves—both as a family favorite and a financial success. The inflatable water playground brought in $7,200 in a single day, signaling strong early interest from residents across Washington County.
Featuring giant floating slides, water swings, and a supervised swim zone, the Aquapark has quickly become a go-to summer destination. All visitors are required to wear life jackets while using the inflatables, regardless of age or swimming ability—a rule strictly enforced by staff to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
In addition to its safety-first approach during open hours, the city is also taking steps to prevent mischief after dark. The park is under camera surveillance, and West Bend police maintain a visible presence to deter trespassing and vandalism. Anyone caught breaking park rules after hours can face fines of up to $187 for a first offense under existing park ordinances.
A citywide curfew remains in effect for individuals 16 and under between midnight and 5 a.m., with penalties ranging from $50 to $124. Police officers conduct regular foot and bicycle patrols throughout Regner Park as part of these ongoing safety efforts.
